Monday Manna

Gen 12:2

Ooooh EXCITING! This is the first entry for the page called "Monday Manna". To put it simply it will just be key points (snippet) that I get from a Sunday service message. I pray it encourages you, challenges you and motivates you to seek God with all your heart, with all your might and with all your strength.

So here we go:)

Yesterday I went to church and to my amazement it was what some Christian's call "a word in season", which basically means it was a message that as focused around my present circumstance (season of my life).

Title: Lord make me a Blessing

Gen 12:1-13, Gen 14, Gen 15:18-21, Prov 6:30-31

· Those that are happiest are those that have DISCOVERED their purpose and are walking in it

· Let us start to be more concerned about being a blessing to others

· God uses people to bless you - Abraham was blessed by a King

· God made a promise to Abraham and kept it (God stays true to His word)

· No one can withold your blessing, they can try and delay it but ultimately it will have to be released. What is yours, is yours.

· Draw on your covenant right which that you are blessed because God has called you blessed

· Whatever situation you find yourself there is a blessing

· Honour God with your first fruits

· The people in the world depend on us - let's be a blessing

· God will restore everything that has been stolen from you

Finally, let's stop seeking for a blessing instead let's us start thanking Him for the blessings and asking how we can be a blessing to others. My question to you is who have you blessed lately?
